Skyline Von Melbourne

Compared to Perth and Adelaide Melbourne worked right from the start as a real city. Even when running over the huge bridge we could see the skyline. We were here for the second time a room on AirBnB searched and lived with a couple in the Elwood district. The sea and the St. Kilda Beach were very close.
Seppels former colleague Fabi was just here on vacation and the next afternoon we had made an appointment with him in the city. Since he was in Melbourne a few days longer, has he can give a short sightseeing tour us the same and we had so already had a better view. Over coffee he has given us even more tips for Australia. Coffee is probably one of the favorite drinks of Australians and in the city there are some small streets with lots of nice cafes. In the evening we met then with Fabi's girlfriend and his friends, first for a beer, danach noch zum Abendessen und dann natürlich noch zu einem Abschiedsbierchen 😉
The next day was very rainy and the time we use for our onward travel arrangements, updating the blog and booking accommodation and flights.
Sunday we have the St. Kilda Beach paid a visit. There were quite a lot of kite surfers on the water and we watched for a while their stunts. Some even jumped pretty high and far into the air. Of course, we also had a look again at the city, not only from below but also from above walking distance from Eureka Tower, the tallest building in Melbourne. The fastest elevator in the Southern Hemisphere, it went up in less than 40 seconds in the 88. Floor and we enjoyed the view until the night fell.
Auch Camilla, we attach Jungle Trekking in Cambodia met, we met here again. Together with her friend Jason we were on to the Night Noodle Market and have a chat the whole evening spent with.
And then a week in Melbourne was already over. For the next day we had booked a flight to our last stop in Australia.
